At Woodland Family Dental, we believe in supporting their community through scholarships, supporting local fundraising efforts and offering discounts for senior citizens and veterans. Our doctors are passionate about access to dental care for all, regardless of race, income or social status.
Woodland Family Dental also works hard to partner with Post Falls community members to support Donated Dental Services and Give Kids A Smile.
Giving Back to Veterans
Our veterans make sacrifices for our freedom by enduring dangers and long separations from their families. Woodland Family Dental is honored to give back for their dedicated service. We started our Free Veteran’s Day in 2016 and have no plan on stopping these services. To express our gratitude, our team provides cleanings, x-rays, fillings and try to do as much as we possibly can.
Please keep this in mind around Veteran’s Day, we will continue doing a free service day for all Veterans. Please call the office to make an appointment. During the remainder of the year, we offer discounts for all Veterans.
Giving Back to Children
Our office participates in the annual Give Kids a Smile event to help local children within our community. Our office dedicates our time, services, and material to help children with no dental insurance. We have held this event the first weekend in February since 2016. Please look for advertising and help us get the word out. The more children we can help, the better! (learn more)

If Mediterranean food is what you’re craving, you can’t do better than White House Grill on Spokane St. We can’t get enough of their deep fried feta and Turkish cigars (spinach and feta wrapped in phyllo dough).
Old European on Schneidmiller Ave. is a favorite destination for breakfast and brunch. From the French press coffee to the fresh-squeezed orange juice, Swedish crepes and blackberry brandy syrup, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
No matter where you choose to enjoy a meal in Post Falls, remember Woodland Family Dental always has emergency dental appointments available, just in case your teeth don’t appreciate your meal as much as your tastebuds do!
Can't Miss Attractions in Post Falls
Selkirk Abbey Brewing Company
Stop in and enjoy elaborate finishings from the lights and molding to the fireplace and comfy couches while you try their Belgium-style beers. Locals claim the Tripel and Infidel are the best, but try a flight and sample 8 different beers yourself!
Falls Park
Enjoy a short hike and take in the scenery at Falls Park, just off 4th Ave. Locals and tourists alike can take in the views of the gorge, the dam and the falls. Children can enjoy feeding the ducks and watching the fish swim in the pond.
Up North Distillery
Up North might be the only distillery in the state where you can order a cocktail, buy a bottle to go and watch the action of the still. Take the time to try a flight of whiskey, gin, or vodka to compare. They also offer local beers and wine you can enjoy during the live music the first Friday of each month.
Buck Knives Plant Tour
Take the time to tour the Buck Knives Plant and you won’t be disappointed. This free attraction includes an earbud and headset so you can hear the tour guide while seeing the factory in action. The tour ends at the small upstairs museum with lots of Buck memorabilia – and don’t forget to bring your knife with you for sharpening services!
